Hi — I am Robson Penassi, a real estate consultant based in Madeira, Portugal.

I run a one-person consulting business. A few years back I started using AI tools to handle the repetitive side of my work — drafting client emails, researching market reports, automating follow-ups. It saved me hours every week. Then I got curious about what else was possible.

That curiosity turned into SoloAIKit.

What This Site Is About

SoloAIKit covers AI tools for solopreneurs and small business owners — people running their business alone or with a tiny team. I test every tool I write about in my actual work. If something saves me time or money, I write about it. If it does not deliver, I say so.

No sponsored posts. No affiliate relationships that change my opinion. Just practical reviews from someone who uses these tools to run a real business.

My Background

I have been a real estate consultant in Madeira for over 10 years. I handle everything myself — client acquisition, market analysis, marketing, admin. That is what makes me the target audience for AI automation tools: I need things to work without a developer or IT team to set them up.

I started seriously testing AI tools in 2023 and have used Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Make.com, and dozens of others in real workflows. My perspective is practical, not technical.
